JK Enterprise, the distributor of pharmaceutical products have an entity and appropriately authorized to perform the intended function in terms of the applicable legislation, and which can be held liable for its activities.

We have defined adequate organisational structure with the aid of an organisational chart. The responsibility, authority and inter-relationships of all personnel has been clearly stated.

The responsibilities here placed on any one individual will have a clear defined authority to carry out their duties and to set-up and maintain a quality management system.
